We were able to have one final hurrah with the Hantz family at the Whitaker Center in Harrisburg. I had been wanting to go all summer because of a special dinosaur exhibit they were having for a short time. Colin is currently obsessed with dinosaurs and we thought it would be cool for him to see them in life form. Turns out seeing a dinosaur in life form is slightly traumatizing for a two year old, especially when Daddy lifts said two year old up inside the mouth of a t-rex. Colin will never be the same again. That night, Colin had his first ever nightmare. I am not sure who was more harmed by the nightmare Colin or Mommy. I felt like we caused it! Despite this experience, a great time was had by all at the Whitaker Center exploring the many hands on exhibits.
